ABC Consulting has extended the scope of its services to include:
- Corporate Finance - capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, privatization valuations and due diligence, financial models, fund management, financing foreign projects, Initial Public Offerings, company profiles, introduction of shares for public trading, identification of potential strategic and/or financial partners for strategic alliances and joint ventures as well as assistance with the preparation and application of public tenders.

ABC Consulting has over 15 years of experience handling the privatization of Polish companies under conditions of political, social and economic change while assisting foreign investors in the implementation of their investment plans in Poland. We have comprehensive knowledge of the legal as well as administrative ramifications involved. We have advised the Polish Ministry of Privatization on over 30 projects representing different sectors of the economy and we are a recognized partner of the Polish Ministry of Treasury, currently advising them on many ongoing privatization projects. Our clients include medium-sized enterprises from the private and public sectors, as well as governmental ministries.

Our former President, Mr Andrzej Kanthak, served as president of the
management board for the 13th National Investment Fund and between 1994
and 2006 served as the Honorary British Consul in Gdansk. In July 2006
Mr Dariusz Lapinski succeeded Mr Kanthak as the Managing Director.
ABC Consulting's latest expansion in the scope of services is activities within the European integration department. This department implements projects supporting self-governments as regards to finding assistance and structural funds. We also prepare companies for implementation of business processing and quality management systems.
